Little Miss Reads-a-Lot

This is in fond memory of my reading habit.
So, most bloggers are either artsy people looking to sell themselves or are writers.
As a rule, writers are ALWAYS voracious readers.
Since there's a lack of all things cool in my life, one must assume that i'm someone fond of writing.
Which puts me in the category of readers.
Now, moving on to my reading habit.
I've always loved reading and everything. Whether it was Fraggles when i was 4 to Nancy Drew to Enid Blyton to Harry Potter to Agatha Christie to Twilight to Sweet Valley to Sophie Kinsella to Meg Cabot to fancy Classics to Crap like Harlequins.
I've read them.
Ofcourse trashy reading is my favourite, can't you tell I'm the type?
So, now I came across this BBC list with 100 must-reads and i realized that i've read little of it. Obviously considering-
a) they're grown up books
b) they're boring books
c) I go to Law School. And I read academic writing.
But, I felt like crap.
So now i'm going to resume reading. In the holidays. Till them i will have to keep reading about negligence and recklessness or judicial activism or parenthood assumptions with respect to surrogacy contracts.
Chill, I'm not a pseudo intellectual. I rather enjoy being a little bit stupid.
My planned list is-
a) A suitable boy
b) The fountainhead
c) Memoirs of a geisha
d) 100 years of solitude
e) Life of Pi
I know I'm going to end up reading comics.
FML.

PS- I really want to be Elizabeth Bennett. Or Belle from Beauty and the Beast. Did you know Sleeping Beauty was called Aurora?

A Suitable Boy is pretty damn good.

But don't read The Fountainhead, totally not worth it, it's just primitive capitalist trash! But being Gujju and all, you would probably want to.

Oh, and give me Harlequins (if you still have)?
(I'm only half-joking).

Rule!? I don't read. At all. And have been writing (not just blogging, writing-writing) for some time now!

Plus One?
