I'm not an ardent gamer or anything, nor am i a BOY, but there is just something about video games that I really love.
Its perfect.
Perfect when you have nothing to do.
Perfect when you're pissed.
It is an outlet for every last bit of emotion you have in you.
Seriously.
No wonder boyfriends have none left in the relationship. I can bet the clingy ones are the type who don't play any video games.
In the last 5 or 6 odd years I haven't been playing any video games at all.
And I had real enemies in Mortal Kombat. I think the source of all my sadism in life is the way the voice used to say "Finish Him". And street fighter (which i played today, btw). The Universe ofcourse revolves around Tekken-6 today.
The MOM got me off it because it wasn't a very girly addiction. Also, I had no grades as a result :P
But, now that I'm at law school, it is a re-found passion.
And yes, of course I suck. :P

WOHO! What a hornet's nest of memories you've stirred!! Contra, Supercontra, Mario, Supermario, Mario Bros and a host of other games that made us grow up into what we are! I remember trading game cassettes like mad, before the PS hit the market! Thank you for bringing it out in a flood! Thank you so much!:)

Flash back...i remember my eighth birthday when my dad presented me my first video game. After coming from school first thing i used to do is turning on the TV and start playing Mario,Contra,Duck Hunt,SF,Mortal Kombat,WWF..a long list it is.You reminded me all my childhood days.While writing this i'm laughing at myself.. all my memories have rejuvenated.Those fights with my younger bro for playing game and competitions with friends.haa :)
